 If you wish to cancel your subscription it is your responsibility to do so through my website. Simply telling me here in the app, on Instagram, or Facebook that you wish to end your subscription does NOT cancel your membership! You must go to my site, log in, and cancel. For privacy reasons I cannot cancel your subscription for you. I pay out of pocket to store your information, workouts, progress, programs, nutrition, etc in my app and a subscription renewal auto renews and secures your account for another month here in the app. No refunds will be given for failure to properly cancel before your auto payment date, if you wish to do so. All other non-monthly programs such as Challenges follow the same terms. No refunds or extensions will be given. Thank you for understanding!
