Your customized training plan is updated by me each week after you submit your check in, so I can adjust your plan as we go based on your body’s reaction to the your program to yield the absolute best results possible.

SILVER PACKAGE: Clients will receive everything listed above, PLUS macro/calorie targets customized for your body and goals, and my Guide to Macro Counting and Flexible Dieting (plus cheat sheet, meal plan template, and clean eating guides in the Team She Lifts Facebook group)
GOLD PACKAGE: Clients will receive everything listed above, PLUS a completely customized meal plan to follow each week (updated weekly or bi-weekly; as necessary)
Using your body stats, goals, and the training plan I know you’ll be following, I calculate your necessary calories and macros. All clients will have access to the She Lifts Fitness Macro & Flexible Dieting Guide Book to help make this transition as easy as possible.
